Privacy Notice (Draft)

This notice explains what DDD KOREA collects through the reservation form, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

Name, email, and — only if you choose to provide them — nationality, planned visit month, interested categories, preferred messenger and ID, and a free-text message. We deliberately do not collect passport numbers, full addresses, or payment details.

Why we collect it

To notify you when services you selected become available, and to let our concierge respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising.

Where it is stored

Reservation records are stored in our customer-relationship system operated on managed cloud infrastructure, with access limited to authorized staff.

How long we keep it

Until the relevant service launch cycle ends or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Deletion requests are honored via the contact route below.

Your choices

Every field except name and email is optional. You can request access to or deletion of your record at any time through the reservation form, mentioning "privacy request".
