Privacy Notice (Draft)

This notice explains what DDD KOREA collects through its forms (reserve interest, group inquiry, and the tool forms on Find My Korea Connection, Check My Phone and Long-Stay Mobile), why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

Name, email, and — only if you choose to provide them — nationality, planned visit month, interests, preferred messenger and ID, organization details for group inquiries, a free-form message, and — when you send a result from one of our tools — your answers to that tool together with the device details you typed (maker, model, where the phone was bought, carrier), your planned arrival date, length of stay, intended use, and the product type the tool suggested. We deliberately do not collect passport numbers, identity documents, full addresses, or payment details.

Why we collect it

To contact you about the products and topics you selected, and to answer your inquiry. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising.

Where it is stored

Form records are stored in our customer-relationship database operated on managed cloud infrastructure, with access restricted by role.

How long we keep it

Until the relevant product launch cycle ends or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. To request deletion, use the reserve form and write "privacy request" in the message — a dedicated privacy channel is in preparation.

Your choices

Every field except name and email is optional. You can request access to or deletion of your record at any time the same way — via the reserve form with "privacy request" in the message.
